Your organization application is reviewed by our team within 2–3 business days. Once approved, you can post and publish opportunities immediately.

How do I manage volunteers who sign up for my shifts?

Your org dashboard gives you a full roster view for every shift, including volunteer details, attendance tracking, and direct in-app messaging.

Can I post multiple shifts or recurring opportunities?

Yes. The free Basic plan lets you keep up to 2 published shifts at a time. Upgrade to Pro ($29/mo) for unlimited shifts plus recurring opportunities. You can manage all your upcoming and past shifts from your dashboard.

How do volunteers find my listings?

Your opportunities appear in the public browse feed, searchable by cause, location, and date. Volunteers can also follow your organization directly.

Can I communicate with my volunteers through Seedling?

Yes. Seedling includes a built-in messaging system so you can send updates, ask questions, and stay in touch with signed-up volunteers directly in the platform.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a shift?

You can edit or cancel any shift from your dashboard at any time. Signed-up volunteers are notified automatically so no one is left in the dark.
